Since its founding in 1994, Hongmioo has grown from a specialized belt workshop in Hangzhou into a comprehensive manufacturing facility serving clients across 30 countries. Our Manufacturing Facility
Located in Hangzhou, China, Hongmioo's factory spans multiple production lines dedicated to different belt types and accessories. The facility is organized into specialized workshops for leather cutting, webbing weaving, buckle assembly, stitching, quality inspection, and packaging. Each workshop operates under strict temperature and humidity controls where required to ensure material consistency.
With a monthly production capacity exceeding 100,000 units, our facility is equipped to handle both small-batch custom orders and large-scale production runs with equal precision.
Quality Control at Every Stage
Hongmioo operates a multi-stage quality control system that begins with raw material inspection and continues through every production phase. All incoming materials undergo chemical testing for compliance with international standards including REACH, ROHS, and Proposition 65. During production, inline inspectors check each belt at critical checkpoints covering dimensional accuracy, stitching integrity, buckle function, and surface finish.
Before packaging, every finished belt receives a final inspection. This 100% inspection policy, rather than spot-checking, ensures consistent quality across every order regardless of size.

- Full-Grain Leather Processing: Cutting, skiving, edge painting, and burnishing for premium leather belts
- Technical Webbing Production: Custom weaving of nylon, polyester, and PP webbing in various widths and tensile strengths
- Needlepoint Embroidery: 18-mesh hand-stitching with self-folded edge binding for decorative golf and dress belts
- Buckle Manufacturing: In-house production of metal, nylon, POM, ABS, and carbon fiber buckles
- Heat Transfer and Embossing: Custom logo application through heat transfer printing, embossing, and debossing

Sample Development Process
One of Hongmioo's key strengths is our rapid sample development service. For most custom belt designs, we can produce and ship samples within 3 to 5 working days. This fast turnaround allows brands and buyers to evaluate quality, fit, and aesthetics before committing to full production.
Our in-house sample workshop is staffed by experienced pattern makers and machinists who work directly with clients to refine designs. We welcome detailed specifications, CAD drawings, and reference samples, and our team provides professional feedback on manufacturability and material selection.
