Shipping from our factory in Hangzhou, China, is straightforward. Here is how it works:

Shipping Methods Available

International Express (Door-to-Door): DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Delivery takes 3-5 working days. This is the preferred method for samples and smaller orders up to 100 kg. Tracking is provided and shipments are typically delivered directly to your address.

Air Freight: Suitable for medium-weight orders (100-500 kg). Delivery takes 5-10 working days. Air freight is cost-effective for time-sensitive bulk orders. We handle all export documentation and customs clearance at origin.

Sea Freight: Best for large orders (500+ kg). Delivery takes 15-30 days depending on the destination port. FOB Shanghai or CIF terms available. Sea freight offers the lowest cost per unit for bulk belt orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. For express shipments, costs are calculated by dimensional weight. For sea freight, costs are based on container size (20GP or 40HQ). Hongmioo provides shipping quotes with every order quotation. We can also work with your own freight forwarder if you have established shipping arrangements.

Documentation

We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin (if required), and any destination-specific customs paperwork.
