Absolutely. Hongmioo welcomes customers to visit our factory in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. We believe in transparency — seeing our production lines, quality control processes, and team in person builds trust and helps you understand exactly how your belts are made.

Our Factory Location

Our factory is located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province, approximately one hour from Shanghai by high-speed train. Hangzhou is a major manufacturing hub with excellent transportation links. We are happy to arrange airport pickup from either Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) or Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport (HGH).

What You Will See During a Visit

During a factory tour, we will walk you through our entire operation: raw material storage and inspection area, cutting and skiving workshop, stitching and assembly lines, buckle attachment and hardware finishing area, quality control and inspection stations, packaging and labeling section, and our sample room where you can see completed designs and material swatches. The tour typically takes 1-2 hours, followed by a meeting to discuss your project in detail.

How to Schedule a Visit

To schedule a factory visit, contact our sales team at least one week in advance. Let us know your preferred dates and the number of visitors. We can also arrange hotel recommendations and transportation within Hangzhou. There is no charge for factory visits, and we provide refreshments and a business lunch.

Virtual Tours Available

If you cannot travel to China, we can arrange a live video tour of our factory via WhatsApp, WeChat, or Zoom. This allows you to see our facilities, meet key team members, and discuss your project in real time.
