Free Samples for Verified Buyers

For serious buyers with confirmed bulk orders, Hongmioo may offer free samples. Free samples are typically provided in the following scenarios: first-time buyer with a confirmed purchase order for bulk production, existing customer placing a reorder with a new design, or a buyer who has passed our company verification process.

Paid Sample Policy

If a free sample is not applicable, we offer paid samples at cost — covering only materials and labor with no markup. The sample fee is fully refundable against your first bulk order (typically a minimum order value of $500-$1000). Standard sample production takes 5-7 working days. We ship samples via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

What Is Included in a Sample

A sample includes one finished belt with your specified material, size, buckle, and logo (if applicable). If your design requires a new buckle mold, the mold cost is quoted separately and is not included in the sample fee. However, the mold remains your property for future reorders.

Bulk Order Discounts on Samples

When you place a bulk order after evaluating samples, the sample cost is deducted from your invoice. For large-volume orders (5000+ pieces), we may also waive the sample fee entirely. Contact our sales team to discuss sample options for your specific project.
