Exclusive Design Service with Hongmioo — From Your Idea to Custom Belts

Hongmioo makes custom belt design easy, even if you have no technical drawings. Here is our step-by-step exclusive design process.

Step 1: Share Your Concept

Start by describing your idea. Tell us what type of belt you envision, the target market, preferred materials and colors, buckle style, and any branding elements. You can share reference photos, sketches on paper, links to similar products, or even a competitor's belt that you want to improve upon. No design experience is necessary — our team works with ideas, not just drawings.

Step 2: Design Proposal

Our design team creates a detailed proposal with material recommendations, color options, sizing specifications, and buckle and hardware suggestions. We consider your target price point and make practical recommendations that balance quality with cost. If needed, we can provide CAD renderings of custom buckle designs.

Step 3: Sample Production

Once you approve the design direction, we produce a physical sample. Standard sample production takes 5-7 working days. For designs requiring new buckle molds or special tooling, allow 10-12 working days. We ship the sample to you for physical evaluation.

Step 4: Refinement and Approval

After receiving the sample, you can request adjustments. We offer up to two rounds of sample revisions at no additional charge. Common adjustments include buckle finish changes, leather color matching, stitching thread color, logo placement, and size adjustments.

Step 5: Production and Delivery

Once the final sample is approved, we move to bulk production. Minimum order quantity for custom designs starts at 100 pieces. Production takes 15-25 working days. We provide regular updates with production photos throughout the process.
