Placing an order with Hongmioo is straightforward. As a B2B manufacturer, we follow a structured process from inquiry to delivery. Here's a step-by-step guide.
Ordering Process

Explore our product categories or contact us with your specific requirements. For custom designs, share your specs or reference images.
Send Inquiry
Use the inquiry form, email, or phone to share your product requirements, estimated quantity, target price, and timeline.
Receive Quotation
We provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours, including unit price, MOQ, tooling costs (if any), and delivery estimate.
Sample Approval
For custom designs, we produce and ship a sample. For catalog items, we can send stock samples for quality check.
Confirm Order
Sign sales contract or PI (Proforma Invoice). Make deposit per agreed terms (typically 30%–50% deposit, balance before shipment).
Production & Shipping
Production begins. We provide weekly updates. After QC inspection, goods are shipped via your preferred method.
