Order Quantity
Larger orders reduce per-unit cost due to material efficiency, setup amortization, and streamlined production.
Materials
Genuine leather, PU, microfiber, webbing, and specialty fabrics each have different cost structures. Leather grade (full grain, top grain, corrected) significantly affects price.
Customization
Logo embossing, custom buckles, special packaging, and complex stitching all add to unit cost. Simple designs with standard buckles are most economical.
