Payment Process and Security at Hongmioo Hongmioo offers secure payment methods for your custom belt orders. Here is how the payment flow works and how we ensure transaction security. Payment Process Step 1: After you confirm the order details, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with the complete breakdown: product cost, mold/tooling fees, sample fees, shipping cost, and total amount due. The PI includes our bank details and payment terms. Step 2: You make the payment according to the agreed terms. We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer/wire transfer) and L/C (letter of credit) for larger orders. For small orders and samples, we also accept PayPal and Western Union. Step 3: Once payment is confirmed, we begin production or sample preparation. We send you production updates with photos at each stage. Payment Terms Standard payment terms for first-time orders: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers with established relationships, more favorable terms can be arranged. For sample orders, 100% payment is required before production. Payment Security Hongmioo has been a trusted manufacturer since 1994. We are a verified supplier on multiple B2B platforms and welcome third-party verification. We provide clear contracts and invoices for every transaction. Bank transfers are made to our company account only — never to personal accounts. All transactions are documented with receipts and shipping records.
