As the Chinese New Year approaches, we would like to share Hongmioo's Spring Festival holiday schedule with our customers and partners, so that you can plan your orders and deliveries accordingly. The Spring Festival is the most important holiday in China, and like most manufacturers, our factory will close for a short period while our employees travel home to celebrate with their families.
Our factory will be closed for approximately two weeks during the Spring Festival period. During this time, our sales team will still be available online to receive inquiries, confirm orders, and prepare production plans for when we resume. Please note that production, sampling, and shipping activities will be paused during the closure, and any orders confirmed during this period will be scheduled for production immediately after we reopen.
We strongly recommend that customers place their orders before the holiday cut-off date, so that we can complete production and arrange shipment before the factory closes. If you have urgent requirements, please contact our sales team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to prioritize your order. For orders that must be shipped during the holiday, please discuss logistics options with us in advance, as carriers also adjust their schedules during this period.
After the holiday, our factory typically takes a few days to resume full production capacity as workers return and equipment is restarted. We will keep you informed of the exact resumption date and provide updated delivery estimates for all pending orders. Our team is experienced in managing this annual schedule, and we will ensure that any impact on your supply chain is minimized.
